Hi, I’m Pam — the heart behind Balloon Jubilee.
This business didn’t begin with a business plan — it began with a moment.
At my youngest son’s graduation party, I stepped in to help create a balloon arch, and in that quiet space of serving, I felt the Lord gently whisper, “This is what you’re meant to do in this next season.”
What began as simple joy became a calling.
For more than 25 years, I owned and operated a residential cleaning service throughout Northeast Ohio. Creating clean, welcoming spaces where families could rest and feel at peace was never just work to me — it was ministry. Serving others has always been woven into who I am.
When that season came to a close, I prayed for direction. God faithfully opened a new door — one that allows me to continue serving, creating, and bringing beauty into life’s most meaningful moments.
Balloon Jubilee is built on more than creativity. It’s built on faith.
Colossians 3:23 guides everything I do:
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.”
Every installation, every bouquet, every detail is designed with intention, excellence, and a servant’s heart. I pray over my work. I care deeply about the families I serve. And I treat each celebration as sacred — because your moments truly matter.
