Hi, I’m Pam — the heart behind Balloon Jubilee 🤍
This business didn’t begin as a business plan. It began as a moment — at my youngest son’s graduation party — when I stepped in to help create a balloon arch and felt something in my spirit say, “This is what you’re meant to do in this next season.”
What started as simple joy quickly became something deeper: a calling to serve.
For over 25 years, I owned and operated a residential cleaning service, caring for homes and families throughout Northeast Ohio. I loved creating clean, welcoming spaces where people could breathe and feel at peace. Serving others has always been part of who I am.
When life shifted and I had to step away from that season, I prayed for direction. God gently opened the door to balloon design — a new way to serve, create, and bring beauty into meaningful moments.
Balloon Jubilee is built on more than creativity. It’s built on faith.
Colossians 3:23 guides everything I do:
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.”
Every installation, every bouquet, every detail is created with intention, excellence, and a servant’s heart. I pray over my work. I care deeply about the people I serve. And I treat each celebration as something sacred — because your moments matter.

She carries a gentle spirit and a natural gift for creating. Her eye for color, balance, and detail brings a softness and artistic touch to every design we build together. What comes so naturally to her is something you truly can’t teach — she sees beauty before it’s fully formed.
Tiana approaches every project with kindness, patience, and care. She pays attention to the small details that elevate a design from “pretty” to “thoughtfully crafted.”
Working together is one of my greatest joys. We blend experience and fresh creativity, structure and artistry — and the result is something that reflects both heart and excellence.
